Robert Gianquitti won the Harrah's Pompano Beach WSOP Circuit Main Event for $248,632 and his first Circuit ring, WSOP confirmed on October 13. The $1,700 tournament ran October 8–12 and drew 1,011 entries.
The confirmed result
The prize pool reached $1,531,665, exceeding the $1 million guarantee. Nagui Yassa finished second for $165,725, followed by Marc Evanier with $115,891.
WSOP reports that the final hand matched Gianquitti's ace-king against Yassa's king-queen. We do not reconstruct suits, betting or the board from that brief account.
The wider Pompano series awarded 18 rings. Under WSOP's stated 2026 promotion, ring winners receive a $5,000 Paradise package including a $2,750 Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty entry and accommodation at Baha Mar.
DIP's view
For readers following the Circuit-to-Paradise route, the package matters alongside the cash prize. It should not be read as an unrestricted travel budget or a guaranteed return from another tournament.
A winner's payout also says nothing by itself about every entrant's costs or expected result. Follow the competition, set affordable limits if playing, and never chase losses.
