Privacy Notice

How Dive In Poker handles information used to operate the site and Poker Talk.

Pre-launch draft · Last updated August 12, 2026

Information we handle

DIP may process a Poker Talk nickname, post or comment content, a password hash, timestamps, reports, and a one-way technical identifier derived from an IP address for spam prevention. We do not display the password, password hash, or technical identifier publicly. Staff accounts also use an email address for secure Admin access.

Why we use it

We use this information to publish requested community content, let moderators review reports, prevent repeated abuse, secure staff access, and maintain a minimal change history. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

DIP uses Supabase for database and authentication services and Vercel for planned website hosting. Cloudflare manages the domain and may provide security services when the public domain is connected. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

Published community content remains available until it is removed or no longer needed. Hidden or deleted records may be retained for a limited moderation, security, or audit purpose. Retention rules will be reviewed during the internal test and before launch.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information DIP holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Contact support@diveinpoker.com. Philippine data subjects may also contact the National Privacy Commission.

Security and changes

No online service can promise absolute security. DIP limits public database access, hashes community passwords, and restricts Admin access. We will update this notice when our processing or providers materially change.
