The Dutch gambling regulator has granted new online-gambling licences to eight operators, including NSUS Malta Limited, the company identified in its announcement with GGPoker.
The Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) announced the decisions on September 17. The licences run from October 2026 through September 2031, following the first licensing period that began in 2021 and ends this September.
The renewal decision
The other recipients are the operators behind TOTO/Winnitt, Holland Casino Online, Kansino, FairPlay Casino, Bingoal, Bet365 and Betcity.
The Ksa said its assessment specifically examined violations definitively established over the preceding five years. Applicants had to explain how they addressed identified breaches and would prevent recurrence. Some operators received additional points for attention.
All eight met the requirements for a new licence, according to the regulator. Its announcement does not attribute a particular violation or additional condition to GGPoker.
