DIP Cat and Bear each start with four blue twenty-five-unit practice chips at the fixed navy table, while four friends watch without playing.

Hey, DIP Cat here 🐾

Lesson 5 is up! This one's about the chips beside you, the chips you've pushed forward, and the pile in the middle. They don't all mean the same thing.

Bear and I play through a practice hand so you can see where each bet goes. We also look at why ten chips aren't always worth ten, and what people mean when they say ‘50 big blinds’.

No quiz this time. Just follow the pictures at your own pace. You can try it with a few counters at home, no money needed.
