Mt. Ulap Benguet Best overall Beautiful pine forests, ridges, and mountain views. Beginner-friendly but still feels like a proper mountain adventure. Great choice if you and your friend want lots of photos and cool weather. The summit is around 1,846 m. Mount Ulap - Summit

if you want some challenge with a breathtaking view, would really recommend hiking Mt. Pulag. thats the highest mountain in Luzon and you can see the sea of clouds!
